Hello! I am Jessica Smyth. I grew up in Graham, Washington and I now live in a small town in Washington called Roy. I graduated high school in 2020. Currently, I work at a daycare. I enjoy working with children and would love to one day start a children’s ministry.

I am a P.K (Pastor’s Kid). I have grown up in the church and have been given the great honor to serve Jesus through my church’s ministries such as VBS and local mission trips. Since seventh grade I have felt that the Lord was calling me to be a missionary. It has been quite a journey for me trying to figure out where exactly God was leading me in my first steps towards the missionary field. I am so thankful that Christ has led me to this Semesters program. I hope one day the Lord will allow me to be a long-term missionary, but one step at a time of course! This will be my first international mission trip and I cannot wait to see what Jesus has planned for me this coming Fall!
